The Resort Ranch has 31 R.V.
sites nestled among a forest of trees. Each site has
water, electricity, and sewer hook-ups, a picnic table, and a
barbecue pit as well. |

Our 5 screened cabins have
indoor/outdoor carpet floors and 2 sets of bunk beds (4) per
unit, plus an additional large bed. Each
cabin has it's own picnic table and barbecue grill. |

Resort Ranch offers tent
sites complete with picnic tables and barbecue pits. For
large camping groups, additional sites may be opened for use. |

Comfort
Station
|
Our comfort station may be used
by any of our guests. It houses bathrooms complete with
shower stalls and features a coin operated Laundromat. |

There
is a maximum of 6 overnight guests in any lodging facility. Additional
day guests must register at the office and purchase a day pass. Day
passes for entry to the facility are valid until 10:00 p.m. only.
There may be times specific areas of the Ranch are closed for private
party bookings, or special events. Lodging
rental may be paid by cash, credit card or certified funds. Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. (No
personal checks). $10 charge for each additional person over 6
people.

All lodging facilities have a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends and 3
nights on major Holidays.
Reservations are only guaranteed upon receipt of the first nights rent
as a deposit. A deposit
equal to one nights stay or 20% of total booking (whichever is greater)
will be required.

A $200.00 REFUNDABLE SECURITY / DAMAGE
DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED ON EACH LODGING RENTAL. SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL
BE HELD FOR 3 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE. ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS
MUST BE PAID BY CERTIFIED FUNDS OR CREDIT CARD PRIOR TO, OR AT TIME OF
ARRIVAL.
